New Classes!

Sal's Fitness is now offerring New Classes!

* KETTLEBELL- Running Tuesdays & Thursdays 9pm-10pm (there is one spot remaining be sure to come in and sign up!)- Run by Tracy Salamondra

* BALANCE YOUR FALL- Coming October 29th-December 11th, Saturdays & Sundays 9am-10am (lots of spots available!)- Run by Marissa Abbott

* DITCH THE DIET- Running Wednesdays at 5pm and Sundays at 4pm-Run by Tracy Salamondra and Beverly Barker

Sal’s Fitness would like to invite you to check out some new things going on at our gym!
 
*The ‘Ditch The Diet’ group will be starting up again on Tuesday, February 8 at 5:00pm
The first session was such a success we are holding another one!
 
During this 10 week period (Tuesdays only) you will learn to:
-    Eat Healthy (without restricting your body)
-    Find out exactly what your body needs; because everyone is different
-    Indulge without the guilt!
