Sal’s Fitness would like to invite you to check out some new things going on at our gym! *The ‘Ditch The Diet’ group will be starting up again on Tuesday, February 8 at 5:00pm The first session was such a success we are holding another one! During this 10 week period (Tuesdays only) you will learn to: - Eat Healthy (without restricting your body) - Find out exactly what your body needs; because everyone is different - Indulge without the guilt! (in a good way, without over doing it) Throughout the course of this group you will have a great time with people who are going through exactly what you are; and you will leave with incredible knowledge to keep yourself healthy and on track to a new lifestyle! :) |
