BEGINNER TRX

The TRX suspension trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and you bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise, simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. It is an efficient, effective total body workout that helps you build a rock-solid core. BEGINNER POUND

POUND is a full body cardio jam session championed by fitness rebels around the world. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio conditioning and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements! In Beginner POUND the songs and movements are slowed down giving you the ability to learn the movements at an easier pace! This is a great class to attend to learn the moves and ready yourself for our POUND class!

SCULPT HIIT

This 60-minute fat burning class uses high intense cardio intervals with weighted exercises for the ultimate full-body sculpting. Fire up your muscles, build strength and get shredded. Great music, energy and results make this class a must for all fitness levels. Be ready to take your body to the next level!

KICK HIIT

If you're looking for a high intensity workout with a cool twist, then this is the class for you! Kick HIIT combines kickboxing with HIIT to make for a challenging and never boring workout. This 60-minute class will push you to work hard, improve your cardiovascular system and strength levels with kickboxing combinations and cardio movements. Have a blast while getting a safe and effective workout! This is not a self defence class! All fitness levels welcome!

STRENGTH & CARDIO HIIT

This is a challenging group fitness class that keeps you on your toes and sweating away stress for the full 60-minutes of class. You will reap the benefits of both cardio and strength training from this class as it is a true total body workout. Your entire body will be working hard during this class as we focus on upper body, lower body and core movements. Build lean muscle, increase your strength, burn calories and maximize fat loss! A variety of equipment will be incorporated into these classes and each class will be different than the last.

JM BODYSHRED

Jillian Michael's BODYSHRED is a fun, effective, 30-minute, high intensity, metabolic conditioning workout that is the accumulation of her 20 years of expertise in the fitness industry. BODYSHRED is 'Intelligent Training.' It provides the ultimate challenge! Utilizing Jillian's 3-2-1 interval approach to the whole body circuit training (3 minutes of strength / 2 minutes of cardio / 1 minute of abs) BODYSHRED integrates all the most progressive exercise science techniques used by word class athletes into one program.

DEEP HEALING YOGA

Deep Healing Yoga is a restorative yoga class combined with aromatherapy and therapeutic touch, one full hour of pure relaxation. All fitness levels and yoga levels welcome for this gentle class!

POWER FLOW

In this class we will synchronize breath with movement as we build heat through sequential series of asana. There will be offerings to modify poses and take breaths when needed. Each class will end with a few restorative poses and savasana. Come try out something new and most of all, have fun!

VINYASA FLOW

Synchronizing breath with a flowing progressive of postures, Vinyasa Flow generates heat that detoxifies muscles and organs. Students will be taught many options for the various postures, encouraged to practice at a level comfortable for them and most importantly have fun!

Music, Movement & Meditation is a beginner friendly yoga class with a focus on gentle movement, good music and different forms of meditation. This class is suitable for all levels!

SLOW FLOW YOGA

Synchronizing breath with a gentle flow of postures, Slow Flow generates internal heat that detoxifies muscles and organs while spending time opening areas in which we tend to hold tension. A gentler class than Vinyasa Flow, students can expect restorative yoga at the beginning and end of each class with a slow series of standing postures in the middle.

YOGA 101

New to yoga? Not sure where to start? Then this is the class for you. This class will introduce Hatha yoga poses, breath work and relaxation techniques to help produce a healthy, clear and peaceful mind and body. This class will help develop an understanding of basic yoga postures, their benefits and help you build confidence to move to the next level.
