On January 13th, 2018 Sal's Fitness hosted their first ever Commit To Be Fit Event.

What is the idea behind this event you may ask? The goal was simple, to allow everyone to see the great studio space Sal's Fitness offers, put a face to the instructors, what classes they teach and to help people find the options that best suit them. With the various Spin and combo Spin classes, Beginner TRX, Foxpac Workouts and Circuits, HIIT, Pound, TRX Turbo and Yoga classes. Sal's Fitness tries to accommodate and provide classes for everyone. From 12pm until 4pm the instructors, owners and helpful staff members were there to answer questions, demonstrate the classes, help with our new app... and of course visit with everybody that took the time to stop by. We were also fortunate to have Suzanne Daigle join our event where she provided free postural assessments and informed visitors about Bowenwork and what it can do for them.
